Refund policy

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong product, or
• The product was physically damaged during delivery

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Proper unboxing video and images are mandatory as proof
• The product must be unused and in original packaging

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Used or installed products
• Customized products
• Minor finish variations
• Orders placed by mistake
• Change of mind after purchase

Savage Mods reserves the right to reject any return request if the claim does not meet our policy requirements.
